02 01 15 - They were doing maintenance or repairs on our electricity, from 2:30am until 3:30pm, approximately. Fortunately for me and Henlie, it was a Sunday, so we had 3 hours plus travel time planned. We prepped by trying to eat as much of our spoilable food as possible and freezing some bottles of water to help keep the fridge and freezer cold.
02 01 15 - After church and a wee rest, we made sandwiches and walked to the park for a picnic. Then we let Henlie play at the playground until it was too hot and crowded for Matt.
Oh, and the power totally didn't come back on until like 5:30pm.... I wasn't pleased.
02 01 15 - Henlie was being my snuggle buddy :)
02 01 15 - Henlie decided the drum sticks were a trumpet and violin. She told me to use her violin while she used her trumpet. We "played" lots of different songs.
02 07 15 - We went to the chiropractor for an adjustment. Henlie decided she wanted to lay on the table, too. She did so well!
02 09 15 - Matt found a new way to do push-ups :)
02 10 15 - Mom had been painting her mosquito bites with clear nail polish. It works surprisingly well! Also, mosquito bites here are way worse than at home.
Anyway, Henlie wanted her nails painted, so I let her pick a color and painted them for her :)
Bonus - she picked something that went with her outfit :)
02 11 15 - She totally fell asleep like this on the couch shortly after I finally let her watch a show on Netflix.
02 13 15 - Henlie got me to play Play-Doh with her.
I was quite proud of my giraffe and ice cream cone :)
02 13 15 - My sweet hubby brought home some flowers for me for Valentine's Day :)
02 14 15 - Heart hair for Valentine's Day!
02 14 15 - Henlie was invited to a birthday party for a little boy in her nursery class. Family taxi selfie on the way to La Molina :)
02 14 15 - At Everett's birthday party, waiting for cake. Yeah, they have a pool. She had fun in that, but her favorite was the sand box :)
02 14 15 - Birthday boy Everett and his adorable (and oh-so-yummy) cake. And Sienna :)
02 14 15 - Daddy let Henlie have some blue Powerade :)
02 15 15 - We went to Parque Mariscal Castilla. Henlie stopped to smell the flowers :)
02 15 15 - On the way home from the park - holding onto Daddy's ears lol
