On June 13th, we took a family outing to the Lima temple grounds. Depending on the route we take to church, we pass the temple on our way, but we hadn't been over to wander the grounds yet, and since we couldn't go to the Trujillo temple open house, we figured we should at least visit the Lima temple :)

Elevator selfie :)
See that speck on the wall of the temple? That's a snail :)
Matt and Henlie looking at the flowers...or maybe the snail :)
I was trying to take a picture of the temple, and Henlie came running after me :)
Many flowers and trees around the grounds.
In the top middle? That's another snail :)
Also, that tree on the top right is pretty awesome looking, I think.
She started the day with two braids...by the time we got to the temple, she only had one.

The plants on the right remind me of giant dandelions.
Had to get a picture of Moroni :)
Henlie peeking through the bush at the temple and Moroni.
I'm glad we took the opportunity to go look at the grounds and feel some of the peace the temple brings. It also provides a good opportunity to talk to Henlie about Mommy and Daddy's temple sealing and that we can be together as a family forever :)
